Egg In A Bread Bowl
Well, I won’t be eating many of these in the next few month, with spring right around the corner. That’s a shame though, because they are delicious!
I basically love anything with a runny egg and/or carbs
Ingredients. I used egg rolls for the bowl. Whatever you use, make sure it is large enough to fit an egg plus fillings. Pick out the inside of the roll (and eat?).
Fill the bread with the fillings of your choice. I used tomatoes, spinach and brie. Then, crack an egg on top and sprinkle with some green onions and spices.
Bake until the egg is finished (about 20 – 30 minutes at 350).
