French Tost

Cooks in 15 minutes     Serves 3-4    
 

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsb Cinnamon
  • Pinch Salt
  • 6-8 Slices Bread

Directions

  • Whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon and salt.
  • Dunk in and completely cover each slice of bread with the egg mixture.
  • Heat a griddle pan and lay the bread flat and fry for 3 minutes on both sides or until golden brown.
  • Serve as a stack and enjoy with your family!
